A. On the Top Right, click/tap on your profile, and hit "EDIT Profile".
You will see a green bar. Tap/click on that and fill out your desired username, password, and email.

Q. How long do you keep my chat logs?

A. We usually keep them for a reasonable period due to platform maintenance and for security or dispute reasons. We DO NOT read your logs unless an issue is reported. We aim to look at the whole context before making the decision. Logs are deleted often to keep the server optimized.

Q. Is VIP free forever?

A. As long as possible, we will ensure not to charge users. Once you have VIP, it is good forever and you will get access to all new features. This is our thank-you gift for supporting us as we grow.

Q. What if I am contacted by someone who is making me feel unsafe?

A. Please block them and let us know immediately by contacting the mods. We will swiftly investigate and take action if required.
