A. On the Top Right, click/tap on your profile, and hit "EDIT Profile".
You will see a green bar. Tap/click on that and fill out your desired username, password, and email.

A. There is a report function available on users' profiles and within conversations. Use it! We'll review all reports.

Q. What if I disagree with a decision?

A. You’re always welcome to reach out to our support team, but we can't guarantee we'll reverse our decision.

Q. Can I delete my account?

A. If you feel something isn't working out or someone is harassing you, please reach out to us and we will help. If however, you do decide, absolutely! You’ll find the option in your account settings.

Q. How long do you keep my chat logs?

A. We usually keep them for a reasonable period due to platform maintenance and for security or dispute reasons. We DO NOT read your logs unless an issue is reported. We aim to look at the whole context before making the decision.

Q. Is VIP free forever?

A. As long as possible, we will ensure not to charge users. However, once you have a VIP, it is good forever and you will get access to all new features.

Q. What if I am contacted by someone who is making me feel unsafe?

A. Please block them and let us know immediately by contacting the mods. We will swiftly investigate and take action if required.
We have ZERO tolerance for harassment and bullying.
